An order is confirmed only after we send you an official order confirmation via email or written communication. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or credit verification failures.

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices for custom-configured trainer kits may vary based on specifications and quantities.

We ship educational trainer kits across India through trusted logistics partners. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, though timelines may vary based on your location, product availability, and carrier schedules. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for orders above certain thresholds — specific details are provided during quotation or checkout.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our facility. Lovosis Technology is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For heavy, oversized, or fragile laboratory equipment, specialized freight shipping with white-glove delivery may be arranged. Our logistics team will coordinate with your institution regarding delivery scheduling, unloading assistance, installation planning, and any site preparation requirements.

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be noted on the receipt and reported to us within 48 hours at info@lovosis.in along with photographs.

We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), demand draft, cheque, UPI, and other methods as agreed. All institutional payments should reference the invoice number for efficient processing.

GST-compliant tax invoices are issued for all orders. If your institution requires specific billing details, GST number inclusion, or department-wise invoicing, please provide these details at the time of order placement.

Late payment beyond the agreed terms may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount. Lovosis Technology reserves the right to suspend services or withhold future deliveries for overdue accounts.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

All educational trainer kits come with a manufacturer warranty as specified in the accompanying product documentation. Standard warranty periods range from 1–3 years depending on the product category, with details provided in your quotation and invoice documents.

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal laboratory use in accordance with the provided operating manual. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper voltage supply, power surges, water damage, or failure to follow operating instructions.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at info@lovosis.in or call +91 9747745544 with your order number, product serial number, photographs of the issue, and a detailed description. We will guide you through the process and arrange diagnosis, repair, or replacement as applicable.

Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact. Custom-built, specially configured, or software-licensed trainer kits may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the buyer. For warranty-covered defects, Lovosis Technology will arrange and bear the cost of shipping for repair or replacement.

Select trainer kits may include complimentary installation and commissioning support at your institution. Installation availability varies by product and location — please inquire at the time of purchase.

Online and telephone technical support is available Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Our technical team can assist with setup queries, troubleshooting, calibration guidance, and operational questions.

Training sessions for faculty and lab technicians may be arranged upon request for bulk orders. These sessions cover equipment operation, maintenance best practices, experiment setup, and safety procedures.

Extended warranty plans and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available for institutional customers. Contact our team for customized support packages tailored to your laboratory needs.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these terms or your use of this website must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or be permanently barred.
